How much does the poop scooping service cost?
Our prices are based on how often we visit, number of dogs, and yard size. A yard size of 1/8 acre (that’s about 75ft x 75ft) or less, 1 dog and a weekly visit is $20 per visit. Prices gradually increase for larger yards, 2 or more dogs and less frequent visits.
How do I get a price quote and sign up for a service?
Tap or click “Request a Free Quote” and fill out the short information form. You’ll tell us how many dogs you have and the frequency of visits you’d like. You’ll receive a price quote immediately. Then you’ll accept the quote by completing a few more questions with property and payment info. Make sure you read our policies linked to on the page. We will then call you to schedule a service day!
How do I pay my bill?
Our service is a monthly subscription service. When you sign up for service initially, you will provide a credit or debit card number on the information form. Regular visits are charged automatically on the first of the month every month for that month’s upcoming services. One-time visits will require a $45 deposit when the appointment is scheduled and if there’s a remaining balance, that will be charged to your card at the completion of the service.
Can my dog be in the yard when you scoop?
We request that all dogs be kept indoors or kenneled while we service your yard. Exceptions MIGHT be made if the scooper knows the dog well, but that is not guaranteed.
Do I need to be home when the scooper comes?
No, we will scoop your yard whether you’re home or not. If you have a locked gate, you will need to provide us with a gate code or key to make sure we can access your yard.
Can I choose my scoop day?
Since we service multiple towns, a service day will be assigned based on when we will be in your area and your requested frequency of visits. If you request a one-time scoop, that will be scheduled based on both your requested day and our availability.
Do you scoop year round?
Yes! We provide poop scooping services year round. We do our best to work in challenging weather conditions, but heavy rain, snow accumulations, extremely hot weather, etc. may delay services. Customers will be informed if unsafe weather conditions will prevent or delay scooping.
Will I have to sign a contract?
Nope! We don’t do contracts for our residential customers. If you’d like to cancel service, please give us as much notice as possible with a minimum notice of 48 hours.
